We are constantly researching to find out where the next hot market will be. There is a lot of work that goes into this process and it is important to stay on top of things. We have maintained great relationships with the counties we work in which helps us excel through the process of acquisition.
Many of our projects consist of deals with regional builders. In this case we develop the entire site and hand it off to them. On the other end, we develop smaller sites and allow custom home builders to come in and purchase the lots they find attractive.
We have a great construction team that can complete much of the work “In house”. This work includes:
- Undergrounds: sanitary lines, water lines, storm pipe, electric ect…
- Concrete work: pads, footers, parking lots ect…
- Interior: Painting, trim, cabinets
